After spending the night at her sort-of boyfriend's place, Alfie Ellis wants to get home to feed her dead best friend's parrot Percy. Her attempts to get home are disrupted by a flat phone, the city and her own wavering grip on reality. Alfie is forced to confront not only the past she has so desperately tried to bury, but also her own self.
